Mark Robinson steps down after four years coaching England's women

England women's head cricket coach Mark Robinson has stepped down after nearly four years following a disastrous 12-4 series defeat in the Ashes.

The former Sussex coach, 52, took on the role in 2015 and has since steered the team to World Cup victory at Lord's in 2017.

He also headed up the team as they made their way to the runner's up position at the 2018 T20 World Cup, only losing out to world number one Australia.

A successor has not yet been announced.
