Tottenham host Liverpool for the first time ever in the Women's Super League
Tottenham and Liverpool will both be seeking their first victories of the season when they meet at The Hive Stadium this afternoon.
Neither side managed to score on the opening weekend as they both suffered 1-0 defeats against Chelsea and Reading.
It is the first time Spurs will face the Reds in the Women's Super League following their promotion last season.
Momentous moment
Both sets of players stroll out onto the pitch for the first ever Women's Super League match at The Hive Stadium.
A brilliant day for players and fans alike.
Atmosphere
Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur rings out around the ground. We are just about ready. Can Liverpool use their experience to claim a first victory of the season against the newly promoted Spurs?
We're about to find out.
Kick Off: Tottenham Hotspur 0-0 Liverpool
The visitors get us underway!
2 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
Melissa Lawley finds some space early on down the far side. She dribbles past a couple of challenges and forces a corner.
The resulting set-piece comes to nothing.
5 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
There's early pressure here from Liverpool as Spurs try to get a foothold in the game.
A rash tackle gives the visitors an early chance from a free-kick.
It's played short to Amy Rodgers who thumps one from 20 yards out which flies narrowly over the crossbar.
7 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
Spurs go up the other end and win a corner themselves.
Rosella Ayane swings at the ball and fires well wide, but a bit more encouragement for the hosts there.
End-to-end stuff at the start of this one.
8 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
Ashleigh Neville is down here and we have a break in play. She'll be OK - she gets back to her feet.
10 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
Spurs getting a little Spursy in the early stages here as their attempts to play it out from the back are nervy and tentative.
They may have got away with that in the Championship. They won't here.
14 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
Amy Rodgers lets fly again from the edge of the area and the ball zips just past the glove of Becky Spencer and narrowly wide of the right-hand post.
That was close. Rodgers looks in the mood.
17 mins: Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
There's a really great atmosphere at The Hive today. The ground isn't full by any means, but there is still a raucous noise being created at the home of Tottenham and Barnet FC.
Spurs have a decent passage of possession but Rachel Furness, who looked impressive last weekend against Chelsa and really should have had a goal to show for her performance, can't control the ball on the turn.
